Powered by Gadali and The Share Space, the Gadali Mentorship Program aims to create a culturally safe mentorship program connecting Indigenous students with industry leaders for real‑world guidance, confidence and career‑building networks.

Who’s this for?
For this program, mentees would typically need to:
Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander student.
Have an interest in at least one of the featured fields (for example consulting, technology, women in business, entrepreneurship or general career advice).
Commit to the full cycle including the launch event, one-on-one sessions, mid‑program townhall and final networking night.

How the program works
Apply through your university or our online form. Students can join the program by submitting an application directly or through their University’s Indigenous Centre of Excellence.
Thoughtful mentor matching. Each mentee is paired with a mentor aligned to their chosen field of interest to ensure a meaningful and relevant experience.
Kickoff networking event. Participants begin their journey with an introductory networking night, connecting with mentors and peers to build early relationships.
Guided mentorship sessions. Over the course of the program, mentees meet with their mentors—either in person or virtually—for a series of structured sessions tailored to their goals.
Mid‑program Townhall. At the halfway point, participants join a group mentorship conversation with our CEO, Dustin McClung, for shared learning and reflection.
Final celebration and close‑out. In the eighth week, the cohort gathers for a final networking night to celebrate achievements, reflect on growth, and formally conclude the program.

A pathway designed to help students clarify their goals, build confidence, and navigate their professional journey. Participants receive guidance on resumes, interviews, networking, and career planning, supported by mentors who understand the unique strengths and perspectives Indigenous students bring to the workforce..
Technology
Explore careers across software, data and digital with mentors who can share real stories from high‑growth tech roles. Mentors help participants explore roles in software, data, cybersecurity, AI, and more, while building practical knowledge for a rapidly evolving industry.
Consulting
Learn what consulting looks like day‑to‑day, from solving client problems to navigating recruitment and early‑career opportunities.Mentors provide real‑world perspectives and help students develop analytical and communication skills.
Entrepreneurship
For students with big ideas or a desire to build something of their own, this pathway explores the foundations of starting and growing a business. Gain insight into starting and growing a venture, from testing ideas to building networks and accessing support.
